Questions about privacy and AI
Do you store my students' data?
No. We ask for first names only, plus an optional last initial (like ‘Amira K.’) when two pupils share a name, and the class list lives in your browser tab. To write a comment, we send the first name (never the initial), your ticks and your note to our AI provider. Then it's thrown away, not saved and not used for training (where the provider allows that). Close the tab and it's gone.
Is it ethical to use AI for report comments?
You stay the author. The tool drafts from what you know about each child, and you review and edit every comment before it goes anywhere. It never invents grades, diagnoses or events.
Will it really stay inside my character limit?
Yes. The counter is live, and limits are enforced hard: a comment that runs over is trimmed back to the last full sentence that fits.
Does it sound like me?
Paste a few lines of your past comments and it copies your tone and phrasing. It doesn't copy what they say.
What does the free plan include?
